Forgiveness

The art of forgiving

Most people don't understand forgiveness. They misconstrue it with pardoning sinful doings or others mistakes. Take a typical situation where someone has done something to hurt another. The scenario usually takes on the role of one ego saying 'sorry', and the other ego saying,'That's alright, I forgive you'.

This is what happens when you believe in the ego and the concept of good and evil. All that is occurring here is a reconfirmation of a materialistic belief.

Awareness..... Ponder this state of mind for just a few moments. If you are aware of your true nature; your alignment with the cosmic; your divine nature, then you understand that all that occurs is really a part of a higher purpose.

To live life for ones highest good, means that you are living in tune with your purpose. i.e. you have attuned yourself to the divine and you are aligned with the cosmic energies that flow through the entire Universe.

You are one with the all and forever infinite.

It is then that you are able to practise forgiveness. It is an awareness, that accompanies your experiences through life. It enables you to simply see all that occurs as being that for what it is; all that which is necessary for the Universe to achieve the desired level of cosmic consciousness within you and all that is in it.

It is at this level of awareness, where the concept of good and evil dissipates. The ego is the only earthbound, material objectivity that ascribes occurrences with these labels of good and evil. The ego sees all that occurs as always relative to itself and the ego of whoever may be effected by an occurrence.

A God consciousness always forgives the personal objectivity of an ego driven situation. It does not ever become involved with egos. For to recognize an ego is to give belief to an ego,and consequently fall from the bliss of a God consciousness.

To observe or experience a situation, and to ascribe what ever happens, to the necessary purposeful event that it is, in the forever evolving landscape of eternal beingness, is the practise of forgiveness.
