The developed nations of the Western World have an appalling tendency to not be able to deal with hardship humanely, so as to avoid the disparaging step of people finding themselves on the street. It is hard to believe that anyone should find themselves in this type of debilitating situation, given the wealth and resources that are available to us.

Just take a look at the statistics of those that utilize public services to find shelter in the western world. In Australia, there are over 100.000. In Canada, over 15.000 living in shelters. The United Kingdom have well over 400.000 that use services. Please bear in mind the influx of immigrants from Eastern Europe, who are regarded as tourists seeking accommodation, and are therefore not eligible for assistance. These figures are staggering. The USA boasts well over 3,5 million homeless that use assistance services with many more that don't make it into these shelters.

I won't go into the statistics of displaced people across the globe that have either refugee status or are simply living in makeshift camps.

It is plainly obvious that much prayer is needed. The beauty about prayer is that it is effective at a distance, and effective immediately. The higher the concentration of specifically directed prayer, the more effective the outcomes will be.

Let's take a moment and align our thoughts for those that need comforting. Say a prayer and let the power of your subconscious mind work its wonders to create positive outcomes for those homeless people in need.
