Spirituality, New Age and Alternative Beliefs
One of the greatest shifts in consciousness in modern times is the evolution of peoples spirituality, new age awareness and the preference for alternative beliefs in comparison to those traditional core religions. This indicates that the general consciousness of the world is evolving. People are therefore searching for something higher or more a consequence of this evolution. Your increased conscious awareness of your spiritual nature slowly brings you in alignment with cosmic energy. When you're fully attuned or aligned with the cosmic, then you've reached enlightenment. The At-one-ment that you experience is nirvana, bliss, absolute. Very few people in the history of mankind have reached a state of enlightenment. It takes years of constant practice and many lifetimes before ones karma has gone through all the lessons to be learned before enlightenment can be achieved. You don't necessarily have to concentrate on enlightenment. You can create sufficient joy, prosperity and success in your life by daily attunement exercises and meditation. Coordinated with physical exercise you can create a well-balanced joyous life, full of prosperity and well-being.
